Darin Gordon Bio

Darin Gordon is an Operating Partner with Cressey & Company and a member of the Distinguished Executives Council. Darin is the former Director of Tennessee’s Medicaid program, TennCare, where he established a national reputation as a leader and innovator in Medicaid. He has 27 years of experience in public health care finance, policy, and operations. Darin is a former President of the National Association of Medicaid Directors and has served as an advisor to several healthcare-related initiatives and task forces, both domestically and internationally. He also served two terms as a commissioner on the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission. Darin is a Fellow of the Medicaid Leadership Institute, a member of the inaugural class of the Nashville Health Care Council’s Fellows program, and is on the Board of Directors for the National Academy for State Health Policy.
