Todd Lee Bio

Todd is General Counsel at Crescent Cove and handles the firm’s legal and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Crescent Cove, Todd was Assistant General Counsel at Matthews International Capital Management, where he was primary counsel to the Matthews Asia Funds, a family of US mutual funds. Previously, Todd also served as Senior Counsel at SVB Financial Group, where he advised the investment adviser and broker-dealer subsidiaries. Todd received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School.
