Jonathan Marotta Bio

Mr. Marotta is a Managing Director of Crescent Capital focusing on junior debt, a member of Crescent Capital’s Management Committee, and a member of several of Crescent's private credit Investment Committees. Prior to joining the team in 2010, Mr. Marotta spent over 10 years investing in junior debt, including roles as a Principal of Intermediate Capital Group, Inc. and York Street Capital Partners LLC. Mr. Marotta began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Marotta is a current and former member or observer of the Board of numerous private companies. In addition, Mr. Marotta is a member of the Board of Trustees for various non-profit organizations including Convent of the Sacred Heart and New Heights Youth, Inc. Mr. Marotta received his BS from the University of Illinois.
