George Hawley Bio

Mr. Hawley joined Crescent Capital Group LP in 2012 where he serves as General Counsel. From 2008 until he joined Crescent, Mr. Hawley was Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Trust Company of the West (TCW) where he supported the Leverage Finance Group, Crescent’s predecessor at TCW. From 2000 to 2008, Mr. Hawley was an associate at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker specializing in asset management, securities, finance and restructuring, and general corporate. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Hawley began his legal career at Baker, Keener & Nahra where he practiced litigation. Mr. Hawley received a J.D. from Loyola Law School and a B.A. from University of Notre Dame.
