Tina Sohoraye-Moholee Bio

Tina joined Creador in May 2021 as Vice President of Finance and works in the Mauritius office. She is responsible for general accounting and administration for several investment entities, fund entities and SPVs and coordinates with the local administrator, secretary, bankers, and other service providers. Tina is an experienced professional, with 16+ years in the financial services sector. She started her career with SANNE Mauritius, a leading offshore management company in Mauritius, where she was exposed to key areas including administration,set up, tax, accounting, company registrar services, AML, investor services, corporate secretarial, FATCA, CRS and corporate legal. Tina is a Fellow ACCA, registered as a Professional Accountant with the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting with Finance from the University of Mauritius. She keeps abreast on updates around regulatory and statutory changes impacting the industry, and oversees the Creador entities domiciled in Mauritius.
