Jo Yinn Cheng Bio

Jo Yinn is currently heading the Creador Multiples Good and Growth (CxG) team, Creador’s in-house experts on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) matters. She is responsible for the integration of ESG initiatives throughout the investment lifecycle, aligned with the practices of the Principles for Responsible Investment. Her expertise lies in pre-investment ESG due diligence, performance measurement, and assisting portfolio companies to drive ESG integration and value creation. She is proficient in established ESG frameworks and standards including International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Prior to joining Creador, Jo Yinn was a Supervisor of Climate Change and Sustainability Advisory Services in Ernst and Young, specialising in sustainable finance and responsible investment projects. Types of work included sustainability reporting, sustainability limited assurance, climate risk management, and framework development.
