Jason Fenn Bio

Jason joined Mike and Jeff in the Partnership in 2020, and has been an active supporter of and investor in CPS from its founding days. Jason leads sourcing and transaction efforts and works closely with our management teams on value creation initiatives. Jason also leads the firm’s fundraising and investor relations functions. Prior to CPS Jason was with Fiera Capital, joining the firm after its acquisition of CGOV Asset Management in 2018. Jason served as Partner with CGOV, and was a key player in growing the firm’s AUM from C$1B to C$5.5B over his tenure. Prior to CGOV, Jason was a lawyer with Rohmer & Fenn, practicing primarily corporate and commercial law and litigation.
