Sanjay Persaud Bio

Sanjay leads the valuations team that oversees valuation practices for all asset classes, geographies, and strategies to provide assurance that valuations serve the various business functions and needs across CPP Investments. Before joining CPP Investments in 2023, Sanjay was a Vice President at Rogers Communications where he led the controllership function for the company’s business units and investment portfolio. Prior to Rogers, he held progressive roles in the Valuations practice at KPMG in their Toronto and London offices. Sanjay has a BA and Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo. He holds designations as a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
