Bio

Jon leads the organization’s technology, data, investment operations, security, and corporate services functions. Together, under his leadership, they are responsible for enabling our investment strategies and supporting the Fund’s day-to-day operations. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2023, Jon was a Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group where he was a member of the Financial Institutions and Technology Advantage practices, specializing in digital and technology-enabled transformations. He previously held leadership roles at McKinsey & Company and Lloyds Banking where he served as the Chief Information Officer for Digital and Transformation and Chief Operating Officer for the bank’s digital division. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Mathematics and Ph.D., Mathematics from Loughborough University in England.
