Henry is responsible for CPP Investments’ operations in Asia Pacific and for leading initiatives to support its continued growth in the region. Prior to CPP Investments in 2021, Henry spent nearly 30 years in operations and other functions at global financial services firms. He was most recently the COO for APAC Equities at Bank of America, a position he held since 2016. Between 2012 and 2016, he was Group COO of Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing. Before that, Henry worked at Morgan Stanley for 18 years in a number of roles, including its Head of Asia Operations and Global Head of Vendor and Network Management. He began his career at the London Stock Exchange. Henry received a BSc (Hons) in Computational Linguistics and Modern Languages from the University of Manchester.
