Grace Yuen Bio

Grace leads our legal team in Hong Kong and Mumbai and is responsible for the delivery of enterprise and investment legal advice and support across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2018, Grace was a senior M&A lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP specializing in complex, cross-border M&A and PE transactions, joint ventures and other strategic investments across asset classes and geographies. She has worked in London, Brussels and Hong Kong. Grace holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School. She is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong.
