Kevin Burns Bio

Kevin Burns is an operating and financial executive with over 30 years of experience in the technology sector. Known for his focus on innovation, customer success, and building organizations with a balance of growth and profitability, Kevin has held leadership roles at several prominent companies, including serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for four software organizations since 2008 Most recently, Kevin was CFO of Coupa Software, a leader in Business Spend Management, where he helped drive transformative initiatives to accelerate growth and enhance profitability. Before that, he served as CFO of Dynatrace (NYSE: DT), a leading provider of security and observability software. At Dynatrace, Kevin played a key role in transitioning the company to a subscription model, accelerating innovation, optimizing go-to-market strategies while building a durable business. Earlier in his career, Kevin held leadership roles at AMICAS, a healthcare imaging company acquired by Merge Healthcare, and at iCAD, a medical technology company specializing in cancer detection and therapy, where he served as CFO, President, and Chief Operating Officer. Kevin holds a B.S. from Babson College and an M.B.A. from Babson College's Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
