David is the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for Cove Hill Partners. He has spent his career advising private equity funds in a wide variety of transactions. Prior to joining Cove Hill, David was at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP for 10 years as an attorney in Choate’s Private Equity Group. David focused on advising private equity funds through all phases in their investment process, including their investment transactions, fund formations, and governance. He also advised private companies in financings, M&A activity and other corporate transactions. David graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science, magna cum laude and from Harvard Law School with a J.D., cum laude.
