Shane McGregor Bio

Mr. McGregor joined the Firm in 2016. Prior to Court Square, Mr. McGregor worked at both Francisco Partners and JMI Equity where he invested in technology companies. He began his career in New Zealand with roles at Orion Health, Pioneer Capital, and Craigs Investment Partners. B.Com in Corporate Finance from the University of Auckland; Law Degree from the University of Auckland Mr. McGregor currently serves on the boards of ANCILE Solutions, Chauvet, and Virtium.
