Jesse joined Cortec in 2025 and is a Managing Director – Operational Excellence. Prior to Cortec, Jesse held senior leadership roles at Spectrum Brands, Ingersoll Rand, and Rexnord. He has broad sourcing, supply chain, distribution, and operations experience across the industrial, consumer products, and healthcare sectors. Jesse earned a M.B.A. degree from the University of Florida and holds a B.S. degree from Virginia Tech.
