Jeff joined Cortec in 2002 as an Associate, was promoted to Senior Associate in 2004, Vice President in 2006, Managing Director in 2010 and Partner in 2015. Prior to Cortec, Mr. Shannon was an Analyst in investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney, where he worked in the financial sponsor coverage group in New York and the mergers and acquisitions group in London. Jeff earned a M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University.
