Lili Zhou Bio

Ms. Zhou joined Cornerstone in 2013 as CFO after leading financial activities at RSA Engineered Products, where she also served as CFO, and Klune Industries/PCC where she worked as a Corporate Finance executive for over eleven years. Ms. Zhou brings a deep knowledge of financial accounting, corporate finance, restructuring, and acquisition due diligence/integration. She oversees the financial activities of the Cornerstone portfolio and works closely with the team to evaluate new opportunities. Ms. Zhou received a BSBA in Accounting from Northeastern University in China and is a CPA.
