Mark is responsible for all operational aspects of Convergence Partners with a particular focus on governance and risk issues within both Convergence Partners, and its investee companies. He completed his studies at the University of the Free State. Subsequently he completed his articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Johannesburg and is a qualified chartered accountant.
