Nick Bennardo Bio

As CFO and Chief Compliance Officer, Nick supports Continuim's leadership and investment teams, the firm's portfolio companies, and is responsible for the accounting and day-to-day financial management of the Fund. Prior to joining Continuim, Nick worked for PNC Capital Finance as a Finance Manager and Controller within the Private Equity line of business. Nick was previously an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers along with two other regional CPA firms, performing both audit and tax work. Nick graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in the Legal Environment of Business. He then completed his exams to become a Certified Public Accountant. Nick grew up and resides in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. Nick is married with three young children, which occupy most of his free time, but when given the chance, he plays hockey and enjoys an occasional round of golf.
