Jeremy Merich Bio

As a Vice President, Jeremy supports all aspects of Continuim’s investment identification, evaluation, and execution. In addition, Jeremy partners with portfolio company management teams to help execute strategic and operational initiatives and interfaces with Continuim’s deal partners and investors. Prior to joining Continuim, Jeremy gained a breadth of experience over the last six years at various firms with roles in private equity, investment banking, and valuations. Most recently, Jeremy was an Investment Banking Associate at KeyBanc Capital Markets with the Utilities, Power & Renewable Energy group, focused on M&A and capital raising transactions. Before KeyBanc, Jeremy was an Associate with PNC Mezzanine Capital, where he assisted with the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, performed transaction due diligence, and monitored select portfolio companies. Jeremy previously worked for Exus Management Partners, assisting in the evaluation and execution of the firm’s first three investments in the U.S., and EverPower Wind Holdings, assisting in the firm’s bipartite sale to BlackRock Real Assets and Innogy SE. Jeremy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Saint Francis University with a B.S. in Accounting. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and currently resides in the Strip District with his wife, Elizabeth, and their dog, Michael.
