Brian Dandrea Bio

Brian leads Continuim’s targeted, proactive approach to sourcing new investment opportunities. By building trusted relationships with business owners and advisors, Brian originates mutually beneficial transactions with companies that fit the firm’s investment criteria and that will benefit from Continuim’s EDGE playbook. In addition to leading the sourcing function, Brian supports overall firm strategy and growth initiatives, manages Continuim’s marketing efforts, and partners with portfolio company management to identify and execute strategic add-on acquisitions. Prior to co-founding Continuim, Brian worked closely with family & founder-owned businesses for over eleven years. As a Vice President at PNC Mezzanine Capital, Brian re-organized and led the business development and marketing functions for the firm, which provided junior capital to support leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and M&A strategies. Previously, Brian was a Relationship Manager within PNC’s Business and Commercial Banking Groups. Brian graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, and received his MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and currently resides in Hampton Township with his wife and three boys. In his spare time, Brian enjoys playing golf, basketball, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on Penn State and the Pittsburgh sports teams.
