William Richardson Bio

Mr. Richardson was one of the founding partners of Constitution Capital. Prior to Constitution Capital, he was an Investment Director at Standard Life Investments Private Equity USA. Previously, he was the Director of Operations & Compliance for Wells Fargo in Boston. Mr. Richardson began his private equity career at GE Capital where he held a number of positions in the Corporate Finance Group. He has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, cum laude and an MBA from New York University. Mr. Richardson is a CFA charterholder and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program.
