Matthew Bourdeau Bio

Mr. Bourdeau is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating and monitoring private equity and credit investments. Prior to joining Constitution Capital in April 2018, Mr. Bourdeau was an Associate in PwC’s deal advisory practice where he advised clients on M&A transactions and strategic value consulting engagements across the life sciences, technology, business services and insurance industries. Mr. Bourdeau earned his undergraduate degree from Bentley University where he completed a major in Economics and Finance and graduated magna cum laude.
