Josiah Kwok Bio

Mr. Kwok is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating and monitoring credit investments at Constitution Capital Credit Partners. Mr. Kwok previously worked at Ascribe Capital, formerly known as American Securities Opportunities Fund, where he was a Vice President focused on opportunistic credit investments in middle market companies in North America. Prior to Ascribe Capital, he was with Macquarie Group as an Associate in the Principal Investing & Lending Group and Morgan Stanley as an Analyst in the Distressed & Special Situations Group. Mr. Kwok earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of British Columbia.
