Renee is a Managing Director and is responsible for managing special asset investments for Comvest Credit Partners, Comvest’s direct lending strategy. Prior to joining Comvest, Renee was a Senior Vice President and Team Leader at GE Antares Capital, where she managed investments for private equity sponsor-backed middle-market companies. Her lending career also includes underwriting, portfolio management and origination roles at GE Capital and Heller Financial. Renee received an M.B.A. from the Charles Kellstadt School of Business at DePaul University and a B.A. in Accounting from Lewis University. Renee is a Certified Public Accountant.
