Nick is responsible for evaluating, executing and monitoring investments for Comvest’s private equity strategy. Prior to rejoining Comvest, where he worked in the private equity group as an Associate before attending business school, he was an investment banking analyst at Lazard in Chicago, where he executed middle-market M&A transactions across a variety of industries. Nick received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he graduated with honors, and a B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
