Marshall Griffin Bio

Marshall is a Partner and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments for Comvest’s private equity strategy. Prior to joining Comvest, Marshall worked at Crossbow Ventures, where he focused on portfolio development and investment analysis. Prior to Crossbow Ventures, he worked at TD Capital, where he focused on leveraged buyouts and growth equity transactions. Marshall received an M.B.A. from Duke University and a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.
