Maneesh Chawla Bio

Maneesh is a Managing Partner and serves as a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, Operating Committee, and the Investment Committee for Comvest’s private equity strategy. He has led investments in a variety of industry sectors including business services, consumer services and industrial services. Maneesh is responsible for all key aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction execution and portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining Comvest, Maneesh spent over 17 years at Prospect Partners, where he was responsible for all aspects of the investment process and was a member of its Executive and Investment Committees. Maneesh also previously worked at Gryphon Investors and started his career at Credit Suisse First Boston. Maneesh received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and he received his B.S. from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude.
