Kevin LaHatte Bio

Kevin is a Partner and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments for Comvest’s private equity strategy. Prior to joining Comvest, Kevin worked as a Vice President at H.I.G. Growth Partners, the lower middle market buyout and growth equity investment fund of H.I.G. Capital, where he focused on deal sourcing, investment analysis and execution, and portfolio company development. Prior to H.I.G. Growth Partners, he was an investment banking analyst at RBC Capital Markets, where he advised companies in the consumer and business services sectors on M&A, equity, and debt initiatives. During business school, Kevin also worked as a Senior Associate intern at Brockway Moran & Partners. Kevin received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Civil Engineering, with highest honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
