Dvivid Trivedi Bio

Dvivid is a Vice President and is responsible for underwriting, originating, structuring and managing investments across all industries for Comvest Credit Partners, Comvest’s direct lending strategy. Prior to joining Comvest, Dvivid was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Jefferies, where he specialized in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and other debt financings. Dvivid received a B.A. in Statistics and Economics from Williams College.
