Derek is responsible for managing relationships with intermediaries and relevant industry contacts, as well as identifying, originating and qualifying new investment opportunities for Comvest’s private equity strategy. Prior to joining Comvest, Derek was a Vice President at Farragut Square Group (a part of McDermott Will & Emery), where he helped build the healthcare research and advisory private equity practice. Prior to Farragut, he was an Assistant Vice President with Guidepoint, where he focused on institutional investors. Derek received a B.A. in Political Science from Colgate University.
