Andrew is a Managing Director of Capital Markets and is responsible for structuring and executing lines of credit and other structured debt financings for Comvest’s direct lending strategy. Prior to joining Comvest, Andrew was a Director at Deutsche Bank, where he focused on originating and underwriting private credit leverage facilities. Before that, he was a Vice President at BlackRock, where he supported the execution and management of the collateralized loan obligation business. Andrew received a Master’s of Finance from Bentley University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
