Jack joined Compass in 2025. He focuses on originating new investment opportunities, supporting the investment process, and assisting portfolio companies. Before joining Compass, Jack worked at a private credit fund focused on the aerospace, defense, and renewable energy sectors and served as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy. Jack graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Quantitative Economics, where he was the captain of the men’s lacrosse team.
