Sarah Henry Bio

As Senior Director of Financial Reporting, Sarah is responsible for preparing and managing all quarterly, annual, and current filings with the SEC and implementing best in practice reporting processes across the organization, including drafting and maintaining external reporting policies and procedures, and building out sustainable and scalable processes to comply with the evolving regulatory environment. Prior to joining CODI in 2018, Sarah was with Bed, Bath & Beyond, Tumi Holdings, J. Mendel, and Grant Thornton LLP. Sarah is a graduate of Fordham University.
