Ryan Thorp Bio

Ryan Thorp is a member of the Acquisitions Team at The Compass Group’s Westport office. Mr. Thorp is responsible for originating and diligencing new investment opportunities, executing transactions and working with our partner companies. Mr. Thorp joined The Compass Group in 2019. Prior to that, he led corporate development and strategy at FOX Factory, was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, and was an accountant at KPMG. Mr. Thorp holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelors in finance and accounting from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
