As Senior Vice President, Controller, Kerri is responsible for the oversight and execution of the vision, strategic direction and performance of the accounting and external reporting function, including regulatory compliance with SEC and FASB requirements. Prior to joining CODI in 2013, Kerri was with ContourGlobal and Grant Thornton LLP. Kerri is a graduate of Fordham University
