Kaajal Ali Bio

Kaajal is the Senior Director, People & Culture. In this role, Kaajal is responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the firm’s goals, values, and culture. Prior to joining CODI in 2023, Kaajal was working in Human Resources in the medical device industry. Kaajal is a graduate of Chapman University and is an EMBA candidate at the University of Michigan Ross.
