Elias Sabo Bio

Elias is CEO, Co-Founder and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. As CEO, Elias leads the overall strategy and direction of the firm, in addition to managing all aspects of the firm’s corporate financing activities to support continued growth. As a member of the Investment Committee, Elias plays a critical role in evaluating transaction opportunities by applying the long-standing investment principles established by the firm. Prior to co-founding CODI in 1998, Elias was with CIBC Oppenheimer, Boundary Partners and Colony Capital. Elias is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
