As Senior Director of Internal Audit & SOX, Ami is responsible for coordination and execution of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and for other internal audit projects pertaining to financial, IT & operational processes. She also supervises a team of internal auditors and consultants. Prior to joining CODI in 2011, Ami was with Kieckhafer, Schiffer & Company LLP. Ami is a graduate of the California State University, Fullerton.
