Richard Phipps Bio

Since its inception, Mr. Phipps has been involved with CVFG's investments, including the implementation of new management information systems, administering banking relationships, conducting cost analyses and the development of sophisticated financial models. Mr. Phipps' previous experience includes twelve years in corporate turnarounds and restructuring. Prior to his involvement in turnarounds and restructuring, Mr. Phipps had over eighteen years of management experience with firms such as Tabor Corp., BASF, Instrumentation Laboratories and Marcam Data Systems. Mr. Phipps holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting Bentley College
