Frank Baumann Bio

Mr. Baumann joined Cold Bore in 2019 as an Operating Partner. Prior to Cold Bore, Mr. Baumann was the Director of BHRT at Optio Rx, a CBC platform company. Mr. Baumann managed the organization’s expansion of BHRT by furthering business development strategies and tactics. Prior to Optio Rx, Mr. Baumann was a Manager of business strategy at Medtronic where he identified and executed incremental revenue opportunities within his assigned territory. Before joining Medtronic, Mr. Baumann served as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy for 8 years, leading diverse large and small teams across multiple areas of operations. Mr. Baumann also has experience in the commercial banking industry and is an alumnus of Louisiana State University (BS) and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (MBA).
