Edward Sohn Bio

Edward holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Harvard University. He joined Cobepa as a healthcare specialist investor in August 2021. Edward has worked in private equity since 2011, most recently at Waud Capital in Chicago, IL, where he sourced and executed control investments in healthcare, and earlier at Nautic Partners in Providence, RI, where he executed transactions in industrials, business services, and healthcare. Prior to Nautic, he was a management consultant in Oliver Wyman's Health and Life Sciences practice. Edward has served on the boards of GI Alliance, Unifeye Vision Partners, IPS Corporation, Education Service Solutions (f.k.a. Source4Teachers), Endries International, Response Team 1, and Applied-Cleveland Integrity. Edward is a Board member of Reaction Biology and Precision Orthopedics.
