Aurélien holds a Master's Degree in Business Engineering from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. He started his career in 2003 focusing on mid-market M&A transactions in Belgium. Aurélien joined Cobepa in 2010 and has been actively involved in numerous transactions including Novescia, SGG, Van Oord, Socotec and the subsequent transformational add-ons of ESG (UK) and Schollenberger (Germany), Exclusive Group and the set-up of the venture fund Exclusive Ventures, and Scalian. Aurélien has held board seats at Exclusive Group and Exclusive Ventures and is a current Board Member of Socotec, Scalian and Gerflor.
