Neil Merchant Bio

Neil is a Principal at Coalesce Capital. Prior to joining Coalesce in 2024, he was a Principal at Vestar Capital Partners and previously worked at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He previously served on the board of directors of Roland Foods. Neil received a BS in Economics, cum laude, and an MBA, with Honors, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
