Jackson is a Director on the Closed Loop Leadership Fund team. He supports the investment team in all aspects of the deal process including deal origination, execution, structuring, due diligence, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Jackson worked at Sumitomo Corporation of Americas, a $90bn investment management and trading firm, as a Senior Manager in their Investment and Strategy group, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing new middle market buyout, growth equity, and venture capital investment opportunities. Prior to that, he spent several years at J.P. Morgan in their Financial Sponsors Group where he was responsible for executing leveraged buyouts, mergers & acquisitions, carve-outs, recapitalizations, and IPO transactions. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
