Huy Dang Vu Bio

Huy started his career with Ernst & Young in their Audit Advisory Services group, assisting private equity funds with acquisition due diligence. His career at E&Y ultimately spanned over 20 years, with stints at several operating companies during that period. Huy’s last position with E&Y was as a Partner in their Transaction Advisory Services group. Over his time at E&Y, Huy worked with Corporate and Private Equity clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, in a broad range of industries. In 2012 Huy pursued a long-held desire to start and run a business, founding Ziggedy, Inc., a technology startup focused on raising funds for teachers’ classrooms through e-commerce solutions. He has since passed the management duties on to his team at Ziggedy, and joined ClearLight in 2016. Huy received a BA in Economics from UCLA.
