Mac is a VP at Clear Peak Capital and is responsible for sourcing, execution, and portfolio company support. Prior to joining Clear Peak, Mac was an Associate at Inoca Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on IT services and broader tech-enabled services, where he spent over four years executing transactions and supporting value creation initiatives with founder led businesses. He has experience in many enterprise technology ecosystems. Before his career in private equity, Mac was a two-time Olympian and a member of the US Ski Team for over 10 years, earning the title of 2015 overall World Cup Champion in freestyle skiing.
