Fernando Soto Bio

Fernando is a VP at Clear Peak Capital and is responsible for sourcing, execution and management of portfolio activities. Fernando was most recently an Associate at Alten Capital an IT Services focused investment firm. He was previously an Associate at Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Fernando worked as an Analyst at Teneo Capital within its Restructuring Advisory practice and as an Analyst in the TMT leveraged finance group at Citizens Bank. ​Fernando graduated cum laude from The Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Finance and a concentration in Accounting, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation.
