David Ragins Bio

David leads Clarion’s Media, Entertainment & Technology group. He joined the firm in 2006 having worked previously at Seaport Capital, LLC, Merrill Lynch’s M&A group and Bank of America’s Leverage Finance Group. He serves on the board of directors at SQAD, Madison Logic, and Premiere Digital. David previously served on the board of directors at Cross Mediaworks. David graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA in 1999 and from Babson College with a BS in Finance in 1994. He is also on the New York Advisory board for The Trust for Public Land. His personal interests include his involvement with the SOM Business Advisory Council at the University of Alaska. David also supports the New York Rangers and enjoys spending time at National Parks across the country.
