Lauren joined CIVC in 2024 and focuses on managing relationships with entrepreneurs and business owners. Prior to CIVC, she was Principal of The Savino Group, an independent consulting firm specializing in deal origination and investor relations. Prior to The Savino Group, Lauren was Managing Director of a Chicago based hedge fund. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois. Lauren is a CFA and CAIA Charter holder.
